Multistory condominiums have been successfully mitigated by SmartVentilation-developed exterior-mounted ventilation/filtration modules. A single variable speed ventilation/filtration module has demonstrated radon reduction from 12 picoCuries per liter to acceptable levels on all five floors of a 5000 square foot ocean-front condo. A SmartVentilation electronic humidity controller has made it possible that the five existing air conditioners are able to manage the fully controlled and precise amount of moisture added by the SmartVentilation Lotus ventilation/filtration module without the need for installation of a dehumidifier.
